作物分子育种团队
一、团队简介
亚博赞助阿根廷球队“作物分子育种团队”研究方向为玉米、棉花、水稻遗传学及分子育种。团队先后承担包括国家重点研发计划项目在内的20余项科研项目,发表学术论文90余篇,其中SCI论文40余篇。获授权发明专利7项,实用新型专利3项,获植物新品种权1项并完成成果转化。团队成员包括教授3名、高级实验师1名、讲师2名。
二、团队负责人简介
汪保华,博士、教授、硕士生导师;SCI期刊BMC Genomics、Frontiers in Plant Science编委。博士毕业于南京农业大学,美国佐治亚大学博士后。近几年先后获评为江苏省大学生课外作品竞赛“优秀指导教师”、南通市“杰出青年岗位能手”、南通市“高校青年教学名师”,并入选江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养计划、江苏省科技副总、南通市“226高层次人才培养工程”。研究方向为植物分子育种。近几年先后承担包括国家重点研发计划项目在内的各级各类课题10余项;发表论文60余篇,其中SCI论文30余篇;获授权专利5项、植物新品种权1项并实现成果转化。指导本科生先后获得江苏省优秀本科毕业论文7篇,“挑战杯”江苏省选拔赛“二等奖”1项。
三、团队其他成员
李平,博士、教授、硕士生导师。美国佐治亚理工学院博士、博士后。农业部南方平原玉米科学观测实验站主任。先后入选江苏省“双创”人才计划、南通市“江海英才”。曾在跨国种业公司从事分子育种研发十余年。目前主要从事玉米分子辅助育种工作,获得多项玉米分子辅助育种相关发明专利,选育了多个玉米品种,主持国家重点研发项目子课题等多个科研项目,发表相关论文多篇,在业内具备一定的影响力。
曹云英,博士、教授、硕士生导师。博士毕业于扬州大学,香港中文大学访问学者(2015.2-2016.2),2021年入选江苏省科技副总项目。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目等科研项目10余项;参与完成国家自然科学基金、江苏省农业科技自主创新资金和南通市科技计划项目多项,指导并完成江苏省研究生创新项目2项和国家级及江苏省大学生创新项目各1项,在研江苏省大学生创新项目1项。在国内外期刊上发表论文40多篇,其中SCI源期刊论文10余篇,申请发明专利10项,授权发明专利1项。
方辉,博士、讲师。博士毕业于中国农业大学国家玉米改良中心,从事玉米品质性状和耐盐的遗传基础解析,重要基因的克隆、功能分析和驯化分析等研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项,参与完成国家自然基金国际合作与交流项目“有机结合连锁与关联分析剖析玉米籽粒营养品质的遗传基础”。以第一/通讯作者在The Plant Journal、BMC Plant Biology、BMC Genomics等国际知名期刊发表学术论文,探究玉米籽粒品质性状驯化的遗传基础。
李德全,博士、讲师,博士毕业于南京农业大学。从事玉米病害的生物防治和拮抗菌的诱变选育。近年来,参与了江苏省农业自主创新项目子项目、公益性行业(农业)科研专项经费子项目研究。主持南通市应用基础研究计划项目2项。在国内外期刊上发表论文10余篇。
常燕,硕士、高级实验师,硕士毕业于扬州大学,先后承担了《微生物学》、《普通动物学》、《食品微生物检测》、《微生物学实验》、《生物化学实验》、《生物工程实验》等多门学位课程和实验课程的教学。主持南通市应用基础研究计划项目等多项课题,参研国家自然科学基金及省自然科学基金各1项,目前已发表SCI论文2篇、核心期刊论文1篇、省级期刊文章多篇,获授权发明专利1项。
四、研究方向
多基因控制的复杂性状的改良是植物分子育种的难题。本团队着力于针对玉米、棉花、水稻等作物的重要性状,开展表型精准鉴定;结合高通量基因型检测,开展数量性状基因座的定位;同时,开展候选基因的克隆和功能验证研究,并在此基础上开展分子育种。具体研究方向如下:
1. 玉米耐盐、油份等相关性状的QTL定位、克隆、机理研究及分子育种;
2. 玉米病害的生物防治和拮抗菌的诱变选育;
3. 棉花纤维品质、抗逆优异基因发掘利用及分子育种;
4. 水稻产量、品质、抗逆相关基因的功能研究。

2. 南通市作物重要基因资源发掘与分子育种重点实验室(江苏沿江地区农业科学研究所共建)。
